Summary

A homeowner in Fernandina Beach wanted to freshen up their living space and fix some exterior wear. They needed a clean repaint for the primary bedroom and bathroom, a new screen door, and repairs to worn window trim outside.

The Work

Prepped and painted bedroom and bathroom walls, including careful trim work and spot-priming
Replaced the retractable front door screen with a new, properly fitted unit
Removed, replaced, and painted damaged exterior window trim to match the home’s finish

The Outcome

The interior feels brighter and more inviting, while the repairs outside keep the home looking cared for and protected from the elements. Everything blends in smoothly with the original style.
